In 2004, Marcus Rivera was a 28-year-old with a pickup truck, a toolbox, and a simple mission: fix things the right way and treat every homeowner like a neighbor.
Marcus grew up watching his father do weekend repairs around the house in Riverside, CA. What started as curiosity became a career — first an apprenticeship with a local plumber, then years working for a large contractor where he learned electrical, drywall, carpentry, and more. But something was always missing: the personal touch.
So he went out on his own. He knocked on doors, handed out flyers, and earned every five-star review the hard way. Today, ProFix has a team of 8 licensed technicians and has completed over 1,200 jobs across the Riverside area — but the mission hasn't changed one bit.
